Coolabah Product Warranty
Version 2: 1 March 2026
1. General
a) This is a limited warranty (Warranty) offered by Coolabah Air Pty Ltd ACN 676 133 476 (Coolabah, we, us or our) to the end-user and ultimate product owner (you) on the terms and conditions set out in this document and any other agreement we have with you.
b) The benefits provided under this Warranty are provided in addition to the other rights and remedies available to you under the Australian Consumer Law.
c) In this Warranty, Product means any product that is:
(i) manufactured by us and sold to you by us or an authorised third-party (Authorised Installer); and
(ii) not otherwise excluded by any other section of this document.
d) When placing an order for a product, please provide the registration number of the vehicle (where applicable) as the reference number for easy access to Warranty information, as well as complete any completion checklists requested by Coolabah.
2. Warranty Offered By Coolabah
a) Coolabah warrants that Products will be free from defects in:
(i) workmanship for a period of 2 years; and
(ii) materials for the period applicable to that Product as set out in the following table:

b) The Warranty Period:
(i) starts from the date of original sale of the Product to you; and
(ii) cannot exceed a maximum of the applicable Warranty Period plus 6 months from the date of original sale of the Product to an Authorised Installer.
c) This Warranty is transferable with the vehicle the Product was originally fitted to, subject to satisfactory
evidence being provided to Coolabah in relation to the transfer.
3. What is excluded from this Warranty?
This Warranty does not apply to any Product that is or has been:
a) purchased at a discount with noted defects;
b) subject to inspections, alterations, modifications, reinstallation, tampering, attempted repair or any other interventions made by a third party, including by an Authorised Installer, without Coolabah’s consent;
c) damaged due to circumstances outside of Coolabah’s control;
d) removed from the original vehicle that the Product was fitted to;
e) fitted incorrectly, including as a result of:
(i) a failure by you to follow our instructions or guidelines;
(ii) a failure by an Authorised Installer to provide accurate instructions or guidelines;
(iii) a failure by an Authorised Installer to follow our instructions or guidelines;
(iv) the Product being fitted with non-Coolabah sold or endorsed components (including chargers); or
(v) the Product being installed by someone other than an Authorised Installer;
f) used in way that is inconsistent with any manuals, user guides or any other similar documents or information regarding proper use of the Product provided by us or an Authorised Installer to you; and
g) subject to fair wear and tear or anything otherwise resulting from normal aging.
4. How do I make a claim?
a) If you believe a Product is defective and covered by this Warranty, you must contact an Authorised Installer to arrange an inspection and diagnosis of the Product, and the Authorised Installer will assist you to manage your Warranty claim.
b) We will liaise with the Authorised Installer as soon as reasonably practicable after receiving your Warranty claim.
c) There may be circumstances in which we are unable to determine whether your Warranty claim is valid without the Product being returned to us. In these circumstances, the Authorised Installer will arrange for the product to be returned to Coolabah as soon as possible.
5. What are our obligations if you make a valid claim?
a) If we determine that your Warranty claim is valid, we will notify you of the remedy we can provide under this Warranty, which will be either a replacement or repair.
(i) For a replacement:
(A) we will arrange for a replacement item to be made available to you through or with the
assistance of an Authorised Installer; and
(B) the returned Product will become property of Coolabah upon receipt by you of the
replacement item.
(ii) For a repair:
(A) we or the Authorised Installer will notify you of the time required to repair the Product; and
(B) once repaired, the Product will be made available to you through or with the assistance of an Authorised Installer.
b) If we determine that your Warranty claim is not valid, we will notify you of the reasons why and:
(i) you will be responsible for our reasonable costs in assessing your claim; and
(ii) you may still elect to proceed with repair or replacement whereby you will be responsible for the costs of repair or replacement being undertaken by Coolabah and/or the Authorised Installer.
6. Australian Consumer Law
Notwithstanding this Warranty, our Products come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law, which include (among other things) an entitlement to replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to repair or replacement for goods that fail to be of acceptable quality but where the failure does not amount to a major failure.
7. Limitation of liability
a) Subject to section 6, this Warranty does not affect or override any limitations on Coolabah’s liability that you have agreed with us in any other agreement we have with you.
b) For the avoidance of doubt, to the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for consequential loss resulting from any breach of this Warranty, including but not limited to loss of revenue, loss of actual or anticipated profits, loss of business, loss of opportunity, loss of goodwill or loss of reputation.
8. Amendments to this Warranty
Coolabah may make changes to this document from time to time for future purchases of the Products. This version
of the document is applicable as at the date that this Warranty Period starts for your purchased Products.
